Level required : Etoile d’Or, Fléchette, Flèche de Bronze

Content :
Perfecting the basic techniques.
Slalom training in consideration for the ipen tests "Flèches and Chamois" at the end of the week.

Rates : French school holidays periods only.

Competition courses : "SKI D’OR"

Level required : Flèche d’argent.

Content:
Ski technique. Giant Slalom, Special, Boarder cross and parallel descent against the clock, Video playback
Entry into the Open Tests (Fleche and Chamois) for national classification.

Hours : Sunday until Tuesday from 9am – 12pm and 2pm until 4.30pm.
Wednesday to Friday from 9am -12pm. (The afternoons are left free to enable those who wish to pass their Open Tests - The Fleche and Chamois)
Lieu de rassemblement: PRE-LA-JOUX le dimanche, lieu déterminer avec les entraîneurs pour les autres jours.

The meeting point : PRE LA JOUX on Sunday, all other days meeting point arranged with the moniter
